Food
Quite simply the best pizza in town. Pizza here bakes in less than 90 seconds in their 900 degree wood burning oven, hand built by a 3rd generation pizza oven maker in Naples. My favorite pizzas are the Duck Confit, Bosc Pear, Mozzarella pie and the Salami, Tomato, Gorgonzola, Roasted Red Peppers, Mozzarella pie. They also have a great selection on salumi. Delightful bruschetta, delicate warm olives and refreshing insalate. Arugula, Pear, Walnut, Piave (a slightly sweet hard cheese), Blackberry Empire Apple Vinaigrette, is one of my favorites.
Drinks
Mostly great Italian wines. They include a short description of each wine which is great because I can never decide. Nothing pretentious about this place, they even serve their wines out of simple glassware. So cute.
Servers are warm and attentive.
