They date their menu which updates daily.  Crispy pigs ears are covered with wild fennel salt, my favorite.  Cervello is creamy lambs brain wrapped in fried prosciutto and sage.  Beautifully contrasting textures. Bread knots to die for.  The pizza here is paper thin and you get your own pair of scissors to cut it with.  How delightful.


Mostly wines, excellent ones.

Two rooms to dine in.  One that has super high ceilings and that is bathed in natural light.  The other room is dark, lit by candles and surrounded by bottles of wineA romantic wine cave.
