This is the way fish and chips should taste.  Wonderful servers glide blissfully down the restaurants cool interior, it smells so fresh in here.  A chalkboard lists the menu and daily specials; today is $15 for a pint of beer, fresh sea bass, fries, and O.T.H. coleslaw (creamy or astringent).  The batter is crispy, it crunches in your mouth – the meat is superbly moist and rich in flavour, it’s the perfect marriage.  And the dips, where do I begin? Each dip is better than the last, so I say start with the homemade tartar sauce and make your way down the list and “get lost in the sauce”.   Calamari is lightly battered and paired with “the sizzler xxx”, its starts hot but fades into steady warmth, marvelous!  Fries are fresh cut neatly, and the creamy coleslaw is contagious – the cabbage must be growing out back.  My favorite menu item, by far, is the crab cakes.  Imagine a pure cake made mostly with crab gloriously coloured melting in your mouth, completely luxurious.  Beer and wine is served through the week with a full bar on Friday and Saturday nights.  Live bands to be coming soon.  If you have a craving for fish and chips make you way down to 749 Broadview Avenue and Get Hooked with Gourmet Fish n Chips.
