My entire evening felt whimsical, like being in a white wonderland and I was Alice.  The servers seem to float bringing elegant French fare to your table.  Fragrant dishes permeate the fairytale setting.   Service is swift but gentle.  The wine list is heavy with French gems and a glimmer of Canadian, all pairing wonderfully with the fresh and engaging menu inspired by the Loire Valley.  Seared sea scallop and frogs legs aside Parisian gnocchi, cauliflower, snowpeas and mushroom puree;  perfectly seared with flavours of sea salt and earth, texture is creamy and smooth – just exquisite! Interesting rainbow trout tartar done in a yuzu dressing teriyaki glaze with scallion and cucumber salad is melodious savory and sweet.  Beautiful – very much like my evening.
