This cute little spot is almost missed among a sea of shops in this happening Roncesvalles Neighborhood.  My boyfriend was the one who noticed Pizza Flora, (just a few doors down from where we were shopping) and decided to give it a try.  When he returned I was surprised to see an ultra thin crispy crust, fresh pepperoni, and piping hot mozzarella cheese (baked in their homestyle brick oven); hopefully it tastes as good as it looks.  The slice was delicious, so perfectly seasoned and cooked we had to go back and order a pie to go.

Inside the décor is simple, a few tables and chairs, and a large counter serving pastas, hot subs, salads, and twenty-five gourmet pizzas  – no table service.  The pizza reminds me of that amazing slice you had a kid from your local mom and pop pizza shop during a lunch break in school.  My food was so good I even forgot to take pictures. They deliver, unfortunately, I’m a tad too far for them, but they’re not too far for me.

ABOUT ME

I have lived in Toronto my whole life. I'm first generation German/Polish. My obsession with food began when I was young, watching my parents cook dinner, helping with barbeques. I try a new restaurant every week and I love to travel. There isn't anything I wouldn't try or do. I love sharing all my food adventures!
