I have a great idea for a meatless Monday using House Foods Tofu Shirataki Noodles. These noodles contain only 10 calories and 3 g of carbohydrates per serving – compared to 400 calories in 4 ounces of regular noodles!
In honor of Meatless Monday, treat yourself to a big bowl of Tofu Shirataki Noodle Salad with Ponzu Sauce. This easy to make dish combines House Foods Tofu Shirataki Spaghetti Shaped Noodles, chopped peppers and
onions with Ponzu sauce and sesame oil. This recipe is so simple to make and low-calorie it’s slowly becoming an addiction on mine!
