Lucky enough to be invite to one of the most exciting patios in the city, for another summer celebration. This time it’s to celebrate the completion of the 6 month, 2.8 million dollar renovation, which included moving the entrance to create 50 additional seats equaling space for 150 customers. I’m so excited to celebrate summer on this brand new patio – a complete redesign! Perfect for right after work drinks which linger into the night…
The patio is lush. Wood and ivy surround guests over a black powder lattice and coated steel screens. Soft blue porcelain tiles contrast dark leathered granite, welcoming guests to sit on cozy banquettes or mingle around hightops, enjoying a summer cocktail or snack.
Beverage Director Cameron Bogue has taken inspiration from Italy’s apparativo to create a Phony Negroni with bombay dry gin, campari, aperol, carpano antica, fernet branca and grapefruit .
Other innovative handcrafted cocktails offered on the Earls bar menu include the Marilyn Monroe with skyy vodka, passion fruit, vanilla and prosecco and the Moscow Mule with Smirnoff vodka, ginger and fresh lime.
Nest we sampled an expansive menu featuring superb appetizer selections, like the fresh crunchy jicama topped tuna and avocado tostada and the hand-smashed burgers using premium cuts of meat raised without antibiotics or growth hormones.
Then comes the scrumptious fresh blackberry, lemon curd, whites chocolate mousse cake and chocolate whoopie pies,
yam fries with garlic aioli, skewered chicken,
skewered beet salad and roasted vegetables,
garlic shrimp,Dynamite roll (prawn, mango and avocado sushi, sriracha mayonnaise, black sesame, unagi maple),
and finally the crisp fabulous fries to seal the deal 🙂
